Private Equity

ACA’s Private Equity business commenced with the close of its CAPE fund in 1997. Since then, the Firm has successfully raised three additional funds, with the successful close of CAPE IV in 2015.

In 2017, the Firm launched its first Real Estate fund, CAPIC, and is currently in the market for its second fund CAREN.

ACA’s Asset Management business, ValuAlliance Asst Management Limited commenced business in 2009 as SIM Capital Alliance Limited. It launched a close-ended fund the ValuFund in 2011 and launched the ValuAlliance Money Market Fund in June 2020.
