Private Equity

ACA’s Private Equity business commenced with the close of its CAPE fund in 1997. Since then, the Firm has successfully raised four additional funds, with the successful close of CAPE IV in 2015.

Real Estate

In 2017, the Firm launched its first Real Estate fund, CAPIC, and has gone on to deliver retail spaces, commercial offices, residential and hospitality assets in Nigeria and Ghana.

Asset Management

ACA’s Asset Management business, ValuAlliance Asst Management Limited commenced business in 2009 as SIM Capital Alliance Limited. It launched a close-ended fund the Value Fund in 2011 and launched the ValuAlliance Money Market Fund in June 2020.
